Lighten Up Meditation: Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important, and we will always protect any personal information you provide to us.
If you sign up for our free newsletter, or if you register for any of our classes, rest assured that your personal data, including name, email address, and any other information you provide, will only be used for purposes of registration for your class and providing you with the information requested about meditation and self-discovery. We will never sell, rent, reuse, or otherwise distribute your contact information (because we really hate it when that happens to us!). However, please note that from time to time, we may offer new classes, workshops, books, CDs, or other publications or services that we will advertise to you by email if you've signed up for our newsletter. (By giving us your email address, we assume that you want to receive these announcements, but you can always be taken off the list and we won't bug you further!)
If you sign up for the newsletter and later want to be removed, all you need to do is send an email to unsubscribe@lightenupmeditation.com and your data will be removed from the list. (Please allow a day or two for us to handle this for you.)
We don't currently use cookies on this site, and we don't offer any third-party advertising, so you are not being "tracked" simply by visiting us at lightenupmeditation.com.
